Description

. Prepare closing of monthly and annual financial statements

. Coordinate and liaise with internal & external parties to support all finance related activities

. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

. Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule

. Process journal entries & perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records

. Preparation for CPF & Payroll

. Assist in the preparation of financial statements & any other statutory reports

. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and other professional services provider

. Maintain fixed asset register

. Prepare audit schedules and assist in management schedules and reports

. Perform periodic bank reconciliation and supplier reconciliation

. Other ad-hoc duties by Financial Controller

. Short or immediate notice is preferable.
