Responsibilities:

Responsible for the fragrance development function for SEA, overseeing defining and managing product development and innovation strategies to deliver solutions
Manage development projects for major crosscategories key accounts within the region
Lead projects and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Application, Perfumers and Regulators
Represent the company with customers through presentations, client visits, providing olfactive trainings and development

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Science / Chemistry or related field
48 years with solid Fragrance Development experience in a regional or global environment
Prior knowledge in the SEA Market
Excellent olfactive communication skill with deep knowledge of materials and technologies
Good skills in English communication for internal & external communications and engagement
Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
