- Involvement in various stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) - Gather and analyze requirements, system design specifications, application development, unit and user acceptance testing, and application deployment.
- Support and maintenance of applications built on K2 Five and. NET.
- Design and maintain database scripts, stored procedures, and DB Links on Microsoft SQL.
- Troubleshoot multiple scenarios on K2 implementation that include integration with external systems.
- Provide timely responses to questions and incident reports raised by end users.
- Attend to the end users' business requirements directly and fully document the process to prepare for K2 implementation. Skillset Requirements
- Proficiency in K2 technologies, including K2 Five and K2 Blackpearl, is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, MSSQL, SharePoint, and IIS.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
