Description
Follow through and oversee all event enquiries (catering requirements, event layout, logístical requests etc)

  • Preparation of billings and keeping close track of outstanding deposits and payments
  • Work closely with partner caterers and inhouse vendors. Obtain quotes, confirmation of F&B orders for events, payments to vendors
  • Ensure purchases and requests for all events are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure Events Ops Assistant has set up event venue as requested by clients
  • Assist HOD in preparing eventrelated marketing materials
  • Assist HOD in planning Club's Social Events, budgeting, and P&L
  • Collating feedbacks after event
  • Assist HOD in planning major Club events
  • Daily Administration
  • Monthly event revenue report
  • Attend to meetings, basic Membership enquiries
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:


  • Diploma Holder, with 23 years of working experience
  • Experience in the Events / Sales industry preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Team player with high initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
(may be required to work on evenings, weekends & PHs)
