Job Description:
- Planning and execution of fleet ISM / ISPS / MLC internal regular and additional audit planning and execution, writing related audit reports.
- Management and monitoring of fleet safety, accident prevention, environmental requirements, energy efficiency management, and Port State Control (PSC) related matters.
- Management and monitoring of fleet status/security maintenance and improvement/information security management strategy/abnormal event response.
- Fleet shipwreck and maritime incident handling and advice.
- The Convention stipulates the formulation or revision of necessary management plans and other management matters.
- Arrangement/coordination of emergency engineering for fleet accidents.
- Other matters related to fleet management.
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Marine or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experince in the same field.
- Good leadership, a great problem solver who can act fast in a diverse and fastmoving environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including people management skill.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
