- Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non finance executives
- Develops complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing and performance mgmt.
- Performs required activities and analysis to complete close, flash or commit with minimal oversight on recurring tasks
- Interacts and presents analytical findings to various stakeholders. At times, may act as a direct business partner with non finance mgmt.
- Key participant or lead for system integration or process improvement initiatives

- Perform critical and in-depth analysis of monthly warehouse and weekly freight cost performances, generating actionable insights through data analytics and visualizations to support cost improvement conversations with relevant stakeholders
- Build and manage finance dashboards to enhance cost visibility for Worldwide Manufacturing Operations (WMO) Logistics
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve existing reporting deliverables and dashboards
- Prepare financial models and analysis to support ad-hoc projects and stakeholders requests
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and maintain best data practices, contributing to satisfactory business and process outcomes
- Support submission of quarterly accruals and forecast deliverables
- Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Proficient in managing big data sets and creating data visualizations
- Has knowledge of best data practices and apply them to contribute to satisfactory business and process outcomes
- Able to solve complex data problems and improve on existing data structures to enhance the team's ability to support its stakeholders
- Impacts the achievement of customer, operational and/or project objectives; work is guided by functional policies
- Able to translate business requests to data requirements and communicate those requirements to the relevant data owners and vice versa
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- 4 – 8 years
- Minimal travel but probable occasionally
