    Key Responsibilities

    1. Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non finance executives
    2. Develops complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing and performance mgmt.
    3. Performs required activities and analysis to complete close, flash or commit with minimal oversight on recurring tasks
    4. Interacts and presents analytical findings to various stakeholders. At times, may act as a direct business partner with non finance mgmt.
    5. Key participant or lead for system integration or process improvement initiatives

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform critical and in-depth analysis of monthly warehouse and weekly freight cost performances, generating actionable insights through data analytics and visualizations to support cost improvement conversations with relevant stakeholders
    • Build and manage finance dashboards to enhance cost visibility for Worldwide Manufacturing Operations (WMO) Logistics
    • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve existing reporting deliverables and dashboards
    • Prepare financial models and analysis to support ad-hoc projects and stakeholders requests
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and maintain best data practices, contributing to satisfactory business and process outcomes
    • Support submission of quarterly accruals and forecast deliverables

    Functional Knowledge:

    • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Proficient in managing big data sets and creating data visualizations
