POSITION PURPOSE

This incumbent is responsible for managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

DIMENSIONS

This incumbent is responsible for preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule receiving and processing warehouse stock products performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits

NATURE AND SCOPE

A. Report Relationship -

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

B. General Department Overview -

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with the Administration Officer to prepare raw materials for production and local and overseas shipments.

C. Area of Responsibility

• Operate of forklift, stacker/scissor lift.
• Handling of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Loading/unloading of goods into the containers.
• Receiving of incoming goods.
• Participate in cycle count & stock take.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the warehouse & loading bay.

D. Requirements -

• Secondary education.
• Able to read and write basic English.
• Possess a forklift driving license.
• One year experience in driving a forklift.
• Possess a safety-first mindset.
