    For more information, please visit RESPONSIBILITIESMain point of contact for clients assignedResponsible to act on behalf of the client to ensure smooth delivery of services, via audits, random sampling exercises etc.

    Ensure that the operational departments carry out all new requirements or changes as and when required by the airlinesMonitor airline inventory to ensure availability as well as to manage cabin crew voyage reportsCoordinate airline scheduled and non-scheduled meal presentationsProvide additional checks and balances on behalf of the airline for all products and services provided for the airline out of SingaporeRelationship building with airline clients and enhance customer relations both at the local level in Singapore and at the HQ levelAnticipating key account changes and improvements, and communicating with internal operational teams to pre-empt themResolve key client issues and complaintsAny other duties as assignedKEY REQUIREMENTSDegree holder with at least 3 years of account management or operational experience background is preferredFirm and be able to think on the feet in order to manage the ground staffPossess effective communication skills with a drive to succeedAble to multitask and deliver results in a fast pace environmentSociable, passionate, committed and enthusiastic#L1-RT1#LI-CC1Company information
