Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityContinuously analyse platform behaviour and give recommendation for improvements (system/infrastructure)

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesWrite and maintain custom scripts to lower the human intervention time on any tasksHelp the network teams with specifications for the monitoring and automation requirementsParticipate in standby roster as needed, providing 2nd / 3rd level support, and ensuring timely resolution of incident ticketsWrite and maintain up-to-date technical documentationMay involve project-based work for the improvement of the networkRequirements:

Familiarization with company's network architecture and all relevant products/processes in interaction with different platformsGood experience in networking concepts and equipment such as IPv4/IPv6, MPLS/BGP/OSPF, netflow, routers, switches, load balancers, probesGood understanding of LAN and WAN technologies based on Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, etc.

Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshootingStrong competency in shell and python scripting languagesKnowledge in KVM, Docker/Kubernetes, and ELK stackFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Nagios, Cacti, Zabbix, etc.

Familiarity with high availability system architecture (load balancing, redundancy, caching)Good analytical and problem-solving abilities (logs analysis, database queries, etc)Experience in database manipulation and administration (backup, replication, troubleshooting)Self-learner in new system mattersAbility to work as part of operational team and to support multiple tasks at the same timeFlexibility and adaptability to changing environment and business demandsAbility to interface and communicate with all levels of management, presenting ideas in user-friendly languageStrong written and oral communication skillsCompany information
