Officer, Business Office


Responsibilities:

Maintain clients' profiles
Support Donation back-end operation when required
Prepare monthly billings
Process daily collections and settlement
Process refunds
Follow up on Accounts Receivables
Provide support for internal, external and statutory audits
Handle billing enquiries


Requirements:

Accounting Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Good inter-personal skills
Able to work independently and a strong team player
