Description
We are looking for a dedicated, creative food and beverage General Manager to join our team.

The Restaurant General Manager leads the operation of the restaurants and has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with the company standards in all areas including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering and developing restaurant team members. Controls P&L, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial report and taking appropriate actions. Recruits, interviews and hires team members, conduct performance appraisals, takes disciplinary actions, motivates and trains.

Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventive maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment and grounds maintenance.

Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards. Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors. Assisting with marketing events. Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.


Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:
3-5 years experience in European restaurant, with an emphasis on food and beverages. Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous. In-depth knowledge of the food industry. Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software. Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets. Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to forecast food and beverage needs. Excellent customer service skills. Great delegation skills.
