Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions and accepting orders.
- Knowledgeable of the menu and preparing them.
- Grinding, blending, brewing and highlighting the differences between items and answering customer queries about the menu.
- Maintain clean, wellstocked and updated displays.
- Continuously expand knowledge in food and beverage.
- Working as part of a fun, highenergy team.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 23 years of experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Polite and engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a highenergy, efficient team in a fastpaced environment.
