Description
Provide Hands & Eye support to Technical Teams for the hardware issues

  • Willing to work in Shifts and work at different locations depending on the allocation.
  • Daily tasks such as making sure backups completed
  • Ejecting tapes from a library and inserting scratch tapes
  • Supervising the 3rd party vendors and alike in the Secured areas like Datacentre's.
  • Keeping track of Onsiting/offsetting tape rotations. Maintaining physical records of tape movement.
  • Should have good communication skill.
  • Might have to extend support out of office hours on a rare occasions.
  • Physical Server health check.
  • Prepare the backup success/failure reports.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month

  • Night shift
