    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Working Days: 5.5 days with alternate Saturdays
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and alternate Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
    • Competitive Salary Package: $2000 + Bonus
    • Location: Kaki Bukit / Ubi, Singapore

    Job Scope:
    • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, invoice issuance, document sorting, and filing.
    • Manage and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using MYOB Software.
    • Track and update outstanding payments, collections, and recoveries.
    • Respond to incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other customer inquiries.
    • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
