Overview:
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing trading operations related to commodities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Letters of Credit (LC), incoterm, demurrage, and ensuring shipping documentation to be compliant for LC negotiation
- Coordinating and execution of cargo loading and delivery ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts, charter parties and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, banks, inspectors and agents for smooth operations.
- Supporting traders for data compilation and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Trade, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 2+ years of operation experience in commodities trading and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
