Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the entire business operations of all associates.
-Evaluate current business systems, policies and procedures for future improvements.
-Allocate budget resources and manage operational costs.
-Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and other personal involved.
-Lead, coach and motivate retail and sales target.
Requirements:
-At least 7 years of working experience in furniture or relevant industry.
-Have been in similar management position for at least 5 years.
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to handle Mandarin speaking suppliers.
-Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent in IT skills and paper works, able to multi-task well.
-Strong leadership skills and able to work as a team.
-Willing to work overnight due to different time zones.
