Description

Strategy and Planning

  • Acquire qualified New-ToBank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally
  • Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
  • Engage other departments to get referral opportunities

Business Performance and Management

  • Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer's queries
  • Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance
  • Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations
  • Work towards Preferred Banking's intended goals
  • Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
  • Achieve service standards set by the bank

People Management

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, selfmotivation, outstanding ability to sell, strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and followup skills
  • Committed in the improvement of self towards becoming a good ambassador of CIMB Preferred

Regulatory Compliance

  • Comply with all internal policies, procedures, processes as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Attend all trainings

Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • Possess the relevant certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9A
  • At least 3 years relevant sales experience in retail banking
  • Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Serviceoriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivation, outstanding ability to sell.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and followup skills
  • Meticulous
