    Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma holder with 5 years similar working experience.
  • Good knowledge in Enterprise IT Infrastructures (workstations, networks, server, data rooms) management
  • Good understanding of local IT infrastructure and its components with the ability to assess cybersecurity risks.
  • Field Instrumentation work experience will be an advantage.
  • Activités

    Enterprise Information Technology Support
  • Provide user support on issues related to VISION workstations, Network matters, IP telephony, audio video equipment.
  • Support ad hoc setup and support for conferencing and audio-visual presentation.
  • Point of escalation for user support call to the corporate service desk
  • Update and maintain the IT inventory in the CMDB database for the VISION infrastructure, accessories and user devices.
  • Update and maintain all software licensing used exclusively by Plant and provision of user devices at Plant.
  • Perform user support tasks in service now tickets and troubleshooting as required.
  • Other duties include SQL database and Server administration.
  • Industrial Information Technology Assistance
  • Assist for Industrial Information Technology Systems projects when required.
  • Provide technical assistance for Industrial IT equipment's involved in the project.
  • Coordinate and transit technical IT deliverables in accordance with Corporate's IT policy.
  • Update and maintain IT inventory in CMDB and CMMS for industrial infrastructure, accessories and user devices.
  • Assist first level troubleshooting of the system, in coordination with E&I team, Group IT teams (DSI MS, TGITS) and external suppliers if required.
  • Support Software Manufacturing System and Software Automation for productivity improvement initiatives when required.
  • Supports new product software launches, IT processes and work within designated IT guidelines.
  • Stay current with technology and determining the impact of hardware and/or software upgrades on new and existing applications.
  • Cyber Security
  • Support the local Cyber Security Officer and act as his backup in his absence.
  • Ensure that the Cyber Security rules are integrated to the contract with vendors.
  • Warn the plant manager and the Branch Cyber Security Manager in case of a major Cyber security risk or incident.
  • Maintenance
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes.
  • Develops plans to manage the frequency of appropriate support package/patch application.
  • Monitors database maintenance and provides appropriate recommendations, when required.
  • Develops IT equipment replacement plan.
  • Develop and update the Site Documentation relating to the local infrastructure, ensuring it is published in the designated area.
  • Projects and budget
  • Propose the local IT budget ensuring optimum utilization of resources whilst maintaining cost effective services.
  • Ensure all IT related costs for the affiliate are captured in the IT budget and properly validated by management and MS/APMO IS team.
  • Ensure IT projects are managed to successful completion, within agreed costs and timescales, with the proper methodology and standards.
