The Role
- Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and offer guidance on job descriptions, interview procedures, and hiring determinations
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and recruiting best practices
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities and outcomes
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on technology and marketing roles
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets
- Thorough understanding of modern recruiting techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Experience in recruiting within a fastpaced, highgrowth environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
