Description
Our client is a well-established medical device MNC.They are looking for a qualified manager to be in charge of the strategic planning and execution of ethical product marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of the overall marketing strategy, as well as the conceptualization and execution of plans.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the brand portfolio, competition, and customer needs in order to support strategy, execution, and market rollout of brand initiatives.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop a solid marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, branding, and activation.
- Increase brand portfolio awareness, recommendation, usage, and purchase through active engagement with KOLs
- Develop and differentiate marketing concepts, evidencebased claims, and product experience by providing compelling consumer / patient insights, including conceptualization and market research.
- Creation of campaigns (for local market implementation and rollout)
- Manage the A&P budget, develop forecasts and assess marketing mix of assigned products to evaluate cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 24 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device/consumer healthcare industry.
- Strategic orientation and customer focus
- Strong business partnering, team work and influential skills
