    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • To process and update delivery orders in ERP system
    • To liaise with drivers/transporters and customers for return of DO
    • To assist on delivery arrangement, preparing of mill certificates and liaise with customers before delivery
    • To assist and support Logistics dept on QC matters regarding samples and any others
    • Assist customers with their enquiries promptly, either through phone or email
    • Organize files, both manually and electronically and ensure documents are safely kept for easy retrieval
    • Assist with stock take and inventory count
    • Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or GCE O levels
    • Computer literacy is a must
    • Have experience working in a related field
    • Diligent and able to work under pressure
    • A team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Well organized, responsible with a mature personality
    • Able to communicate with the drivers with patience and empathy
