Description

As the Product Manager you'll be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Talk to customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Develop a clear product strategy and vision. Create buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed design and requirements
Work closely with the design team to develop prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick timetomarket and optimal resources
Drive product feature launches to ensure high usage, working with the marketing team and key stakeholders
Capture product data, and measure product and feature indicators
Make adjustments to the product strategy based on data

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Proven work experience in product management
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies, to know what can and cannot be done
Strong problemsolving skills
Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
