    Description
    [What the role is]

    You will be part of the team that drives and implements the various staff capability building and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to meet RP's organisational needs.

    If you are highly-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and stimulating environment, we welcome you to join our team. You will be involved in a diverse range of activities to support the Polytechnic's L&D Framework and strategies. You will play a part in the design and implementation of L&D interventions and programmes.

    [What you will be working on]

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    •Partner key stakeholders to identify organisational learning needs through projects such as strategic workforce planning and competency framework development; and design, develop and implement capability development plan to support RP's strategic priorities.

    •Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of learning and development related policies and guidelines.

    •Manage L&D operations which may include training programme delivery, overseas training, external presentation, and work with stakeholders to manage Learning Management System (LMS).

    •Prepare learning report/ analytics dashboard to support learning and development related decision making.

    •Identify potential area of process improvement and be part of the team to develop suitable solutions and automation to meet the delivery gaps.

    [What we are looking for]

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields.
  • Relevant work experience in learning and development, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, presentation and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digitally-savvy to learn new digitalisation tools.
  • Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Chatbots and Macro programming will be advantageous.
  • A team player who is independent, resilient, resourceful and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.
