US semiconductor automation companyParticipate in a multi-disciplinary team performing Research and Development of precision automated semiconductor and surface mount assembly inspection equipment.
Experience with machine vision concepts and requirements.
Work with teams to conceptualize, design and create drawings for mechanical parts, mechanisms and modules for material handling in semiconductor and surface mount inspection equipment.
Evaluate and select manufacturing methods and materials.Perform thermal, structural, tolerance and vibration analysis.
Conduct design reviews and discussions with cross functional teams to resolve issues and optimize designs.
Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
5 years of working experience in mechanical design on subsystem in the semiconductor automation industry
Sound understanding of system integration on automation design including working with cross functional development teams
Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
Team player, systematic and result oriented
Bachelors Degree
