We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Through our AI and Machine Learning capabilities, we can source, score and rank talent to identify the best talent for each organization. X0PA AI has recently launched X0PA ROOM, an AI enabled hybrid video interviewing and assessment platform.

Job Responsibility

1. Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

2. Translate user research findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

4. Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and deliver high-quality products.

6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually improve designs.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

8. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Job Requirement

What we're looking for:

· Strong passion to innovate and build game-changing products while solving hard problems

· Do-whatever-it-takes attitude working in small teams, with limited resources and tight deadlines

· Comfort with ambiguity, strong bias towards action, ability to drive independent research and quickly deliver capabilities that drive customer value

· Strong communicator (verbal/written) with a open mindset towards collaboration and transparency

· Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one/more of the following: SaaS, enterprise

· Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

· Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of UX/UI design work.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• · Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
