• Developing proposals, plans of action, and other documents that explain how to achieve specific goals on Greater China region's economic and business environment.
• Conducting research on industry trends, technology changes, and customer preferences to help companies identify opportunities for merger and acquisition in the Greater China region
• Providing strategic advice to senior management on how to plan, implement and execute merger and acquisition in the local Chinese market.

• Bacherlors degree and higher from a renouned university
• At least 20 years of total work experience and at least 4 years of relevant company consultant experience
• Experience of working in the Greater China region is highly valued
