Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Analyse competitors and market demands to assist in developing effective sales strategies.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Assist in prospecting and reaching out to potential clients to introduce our services.
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking events.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and customer satisfaction.

4. Business Development Support

Assist sales team in preparation of proposals, presentations and sales collateral.
Partake in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
