The Lo & Behold Group is a hospitality company that creates, owns and operates a series of timeless, thought-provoking concepts, each with a unique story and a desire to make Singapore more lovable.

The Talent Experience team provides sound advice to venue leaders, builds relationships and focuses on aligning the company's mission and values, with business units under his/her charge.

Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the role assesses and anticipates all our talent resources related needs. As a Talent Experience Executive, you will be involved in primarily Talent Acquisition matters.

Talent Partner Portfolio

Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business units
Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes at the business unit level
Building strong relationships with the business units
Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks
Personally recruiting the key talents for the business units
Facilitating the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acting as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management
Designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Providing advice and consultancy to line managers on people management issues including performance management, disciplinary and grievances

Talent Acquisition Portfolio

Driving best practice recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire the best fit talents in the industry, including setting strategies for succession planning
Proactively reaching out to industry networks and be in the know of industry movement, this includes local education institutes
Using statistics and data from talent acquisition activities to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
Developing education institutions recruiting programs and spearhead career fair activities
Any administrative duties relating to the end to end hiring process

We are looking for someone who is:

Creative in exploring new channels of talent acquisition tools and capability of keeping abreast in market trends and know-hows
A team player
Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
Excellent in communication, analytical and problem solving skills
