    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
    • Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
    • Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
    • Implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan.
    • Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
    • IHRP Certification will be a plus.
