Overcoming engineering challenges

If challenges that come with being the go-to person on engineering matters excite you, join us to develop your strengths.

In this role, you'll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices.

You'll play a huge part in the hands-on process of providing to the client comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services.

You'll contribute to hitting financial targets and other goals set by the Workplace Lead, achieving key performance indicators, and meeting service level agreements.

Delivering complete and accurate facility management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently.

Shaping a system of best practices
Maintaining high-quality facilities operations is your top priority.

To achieve this, you'll work closely with the Technical Manager and Workplace Team to keep the reliability of site's facilities operations.

You're in charge of the planned preventive maintenance programs, ensuring that service standards are aligned and maintained with regional engineering procedures and guidelines, to prevent the risk of sudden breakdowns.

No failures of critical equipment should escape your sharp eye.

Your engineering prowess will be your toolkit for success. Managing on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and maintenance should be of second nature to you.

You'll also be in-charge of preparing and maintaining various lists for all M&E equipment, from assets registry to critical spares, as well as lifecycle program based on the manufacturers' recommendations.

You'll also make sure that our logbooks, inspections, checklists and schedules are upkeep and current.

Putting critical plans and reports in place

You'll be the owner of all major works in your site, responsible for planning and execution of power downs, resiliency tests, critical equipment repairs/replacement/modifications, while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders and service partners, ensuring effective communication and quality assurance.

You'll work closely with the Technical Manager and contribute to the engineering budgets and service contracts, ensuring all service deliverables are met.

Participation in various audits—including technical, cost savings, risk management and energy managementis part of your job as well. In addition, you'll strive to minimize downtime by executing best practices that promote seamless service delivery to our clients.

Your analytical skills will also come in handy, in order to file reports on maintenance schedules, incident reports, utility consumption and improvement projects.

Managing the team
You'll oversee all engineering-related trainings of staff members, as well as ensure their compliance to necessary licenses and certifications. You're also in charge of ensuring the quality of management reports through the team's deliverables and administration.

Mastery in the field
You should have earned a higher cert, diploma or degree in engineering related discipline. Having three or more years of experience in facilities management or critical environment will also prove indispensable.

We'll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise.

Undeniably superior soft skills

You'll demonstrate your expertise in interacting with a wide range of clients and staff—that's why impeccable people skills will be a handy talent.

Likewise, you must show your aptitude in developing improvement initiatives. You must also display flexibility in managing daily activities using various systems.

Do you have a strong command of the English language both spoken and written? Are you a proactive leader who can think laterally and deliver innovative solutions?
