ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for conceptualising and designing branding and marketing collaterals for the Hotel in line with the group's corporate and brand identity.
Support the Food & Beverage Department in the design, coordination and production of menus and paraphernalia as required for daytoday operations, e.g. food tags, tent cards, guest questionnaire etc.
Creative designing
Hotel collaterals and promotional materials such as advertisements, posters, inroom information channel, flyers, leaflets, postcards invitation cards and brochures as required.
Photography & Videography
Photography and videography for inhouse events, branding and promotional activities and social media assets.
To support in any photo/video shoot, filming by media or commissioned by Hotel.
Printing & Production
Sourcing of and liaising with relevant vendors for the printing and production of materials and assets as required.
To ensure consistent quality of print and cost savings.
Website
Responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining of the Hotel's local websites.
Updating of the Hotel's information/photos/videos in Accor Asia Pacific / Worldwide websites.
Updating of the Hotel's information/photos/videos on external websites.
To provide support and assistance to Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications.
To perform any other duties as required by Management from time to time.
