    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • The support associate provides operational support for e-Commerce trading business across multiple Asian geographies on dealer to client applications which are mission critical, high frequency and low latency vendor and inhouse systems. The scope is to support FX/Fixed Income ecommerce and Cash business products and primarily Production, Dev and UAT Environments support.
    • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem solving
    • Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks
    • A team player across all sub-teams within the company.
    • Able to provide quality service to business users.
    • Perform work on 9 hrs rotational day shifts to provide support for 24x7 support environment.

    Requirements:

    At least 2 years working in an Application Support Environment that includes BAU, KPI/KRI measurement, Stakeholder management and Reporting.

    Core technical competency required:

    • Production Support experience
    • Unix and Basic scripting
    • SQL, preferably in Oracle
    • Good to have Murex Knowledge
    • Good to have experience: Apache Server, Citrix user working knowledge
    • Exposure to Monitoring tools – TWS, ELK Kibana , Grafana, Open Shift
    • Basic Network troubleshooting and Ticketing tool
    • To provide day-to-day production support.

    Regular Tasks

    · Perform system health checks

    o Weekly Murex health check

    o Daily Murex Live book check

    · Batch Job Support

    · Monitor EOD and resolve job failures.

    · Support all upstream/downstream interfaces.

    • Freshers with intern exp with degree or diploma in IT /Computer science are encouraged to apply.
