Description
Our client is a government related organisation, one of the leading players in the FMCG industry.

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Customer Service Officers to be part of their Customer service team for ongoing transformation projects.

They are located in the West - easily accessible.


Responsibilities of Customer Service Officers:

  • Generate feedback reports.
  • Work closely with operations, product and technology teams, among others.
  • Work with logistics vendors in coordination of customers' requests.

Requirements:


  • Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level with customer service experience
  • Knowledge in Zendesk or SAP systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Prior working experience in call centre would be an advantage
