• Supports associates and branch managers in ensuring seamless daily branch operations.
• Handle remittance and GIRO clearance.
• Manages over-the-counter transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan receipting.
• Assists customers with inquiries and ensures the provision of outstanding customer service.
• Executes teller duties as required.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of branch operations experience.
