- Playing a key role in the iStudent Re-implementation Project team to revamp system sub-processes covering 5 key areas of Student Records, Student Unique IDs, Access Control, Academic Advisement and Academic Structure
- Engaging various academic departments, schools and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment for these sub-processes with student admissions, enrolment, progression and related IT initiatives
- Managing vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure sub-processes change compatibility with the overall system re-implementation; identifying and mitigating risks and suggesting solutions or workaround methodologies
- Conducting UAT for sub-systems to ensure compliance with project re-implementation objectives of sub-processes.
- Carrying out and maintaining the revamped sub-processes, and seeing through continuous improvement upon successful project re-implementation
- Staying updated on best practices, emerging trends and technologies.
- Working in teams to support ITE's initiatives as well as other ad hoc Department projects
- Possess at least 3 years work experience with strong background in operations, process management, and IT/data analysis skills e.g. Microsoft Office and SQL databases.
- Experience in UAT testing and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Motivated, results and detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work well independently and in teams.
