- Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.
- Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.
- Involve in training coordination & arrangement.
- Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.
- Prepare the content for intranet Newsletter on monthly basis.
- Assist other ad-hoc HR operational administration matters.
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Able to commit to a duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive matters/situations and have strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT.
- Previous relevant internship experience would be a bonus.
