Job Description

• Provide technical support (assistance and advising) to end users, partners, and subsidiaries throughout the year while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participate in the development of products (Software, Hardware) to share a customer/technical perspective.
• Validate and receive RMA returns
• Apply the warranty and repair products and spare parts returned for after-sales service
• Prepare and send reports, quotes, credits and ensure liaison with the commercial department and technical support

The Successful Applicant

• Good customer satisfaction by providing technical support and repair
• Competencies in computing hardware, software, network, programming
• Experienced of After-Sales Service/Technical Support and/or Systems Industries
