    Business Need / Purpose of Role:

    The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in coordinating technical due diligence, collecting critical technical, project schedule and project progress information. Working closely with an external due diligence team ensuring that requested information is provided in good quality and on time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Technical Due Diligence Support:
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and the external DD team to provide requested information.
    • Gather and compile technical data related to project specifications, equipment, and materials. Review information internally collected, ensure that it is accurate and acceptable to the DD team.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is collected.
    • Monitor and report on progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.

    Progress Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing transparent and concise updates on technical aspects of the projects.
    • Analyze data and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Foster strong communication channels between engineering teams, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum) or related field Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 of experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Proficient knowledge of offshore engineering principles, equipment, and technologies.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
