Summary


The objective of the position is to provide support to Senior HR Director in relation to HR Compliance & Employment Law and relevant projects.


What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/ her superior:

  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of an effective HR compliance program which is in line with the group requirements, including drafting policies, man-aging compliance training programs, raising awareness level of the compliance program and compliance-relevant policies within the Company
  • Assist in conducting internal audit/legal research to ensure that company's policies and actions adhere to Employment laws
  • Drafting and reviewing documents
  • Report on HR compliance risks, possible measures, training, and further development of the compliance program and compliancerelevant topics
  • Assist in the cooperation with different internal stakeholders to improve the internal process Perform other adhoc projects as assigned

What you'll need

  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently, attention to detail Good command of both written and spoken English is essential
