Summary

The objective of the position is to provide support to Senior HR Director in relation to HR Compliance & Employment Law and relevant projects.

What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/ her superior:

Assist in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of an effective HR compliance program which is in line with the group requirements, including drafting policies, man-aging compliance training programs, raising awareness level of the compliance program and compliance-relevant policies within the Company
Assist in conducting internal audit/legal research to ensure that company's policies and actions adhere to Employment laws
Drafting and reviewing documents
Report on HR compliance risks, possible measures, training, and further development of the compliance program and compliancerelevant topics
Assist in the cooperation with different internal stakeholders to improve the internal process Perform other adhoc projects as assigned

What you'll need

Strong sense of responsibility
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work independently, attention to detail Good command of both written and spoken English is essential
