Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle guests' luggage on arrivals, departures and storage Do internal dispatch of mails / faxes / items Collect delivered items from Security/ Purchasing Department Perform packing service of guests' items Hoisting/Lowering of flags when necessary daily Control the canopy lights at the driveway daily & as and when necessary Do outside errands / taking of guests to destinations (eg clinic /shops etc)
Assist guests with luggage while at the lobby Opening of doors at the lobby / assist with the elevatorsRequirements:
Physically fit to stand and walk through the day Warm customer service and enjoys meeting people Good communication and interpersonal skills
