We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be on-site.


Overview
To perform incoming inspection of purchased material.


Responsibilities

  • Perform independent receiving inspections of raw materials and incoming parts to ensure parts meet quality standards.
  • Review material certifications against drawings and purchase order to ensure compliance to specifications.
  • Document all inspection and test results appropriately to ensure the integrity of the quality data recording and reporting process.
  • Respond timely to requests for engineering assistance and inspections.
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming material.
  • Reinspect sorted or reworked material as required.
  • Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:


  • ITE, NTC, NITEC with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or Diploma in related fields with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of quality terms, definitions and concepts.
  • Must have basic measurement knowledge.
  • Must be able to use various inspection tools and measuring equipment.
  • Must be able to identify and report nonconforming material
