. To answer phone call from the patients promptly.
. To answer WhatsApp message from the patients promptly.
. To book appointment for the patients promptly.
. To ensure that the appointment reminder is sent accurately and accordingly.
. To ensure coordination with various departments when making the booking of patient appointment.
. To be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
Requirements:
. Diploma or equivalent.
. Possess good interpersonal skills.
. Meticulous.
. Proficient in computer skills.
