- Perform frontline customer service support independently, and pleasantly
- Cashiering, and taking large bulk payments accurately
- Prepare the business for smooth opening and closing
- Procurement and handling of office equipment/ monthly stocktake
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
- Administrative duties as per assigned
Job Requirement
- Desirable, but not essential: 1 year relevant in healthcare services or customer sevices
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment comfortably
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Excellent administrative skills, wellorganized, meticulous, and friendly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent customer serice skills
- Very reliable
Salary:
Starting at $2,100-$2,400 depending of relavent exeperince.
Increments 6-12 monthly based on performance.
