Responsibilities

• Understand the Digital Platform products (CapitaStar, CapitaVouchers, ) and how the team utilises data to make data-driven decisions that benefit the business

• Collaborate with different internal teams including Marketing and Business Development on datarelated projects including presentation & reports, exploratory analysis for actionable insights, reconciling data conflicts, etc.

• Enhance the existing dashboards and improve usage and user experience

• Support with data documentation as well as administrative matters such as migration of data from one system to another

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or any other related disciplines

• Able to commit fulltime from Jan - June 2024

• Technical skills in common analytical tools such as SQL and Excel

• Experience in visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau

• Good communication skills and able to work with both technical and business teams

• Have a growth mindset: driven, motivated, willing to learn
