- Develop and monitor a comprehensive project plan that encompasses requirements, development, implementation, and testing.
- Ensure accountability for project delivery by collaborating with relevant business units to define clear scopes and requirements that facilitate the realization of business benefits.
- Create and manage the project timeline, ensuring that essential business readiness activities, such as training and communication, are effectively planned and executed.
- Work closely with both internal project teams and external vendors to coordinate seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure that all governance, risk management, control, and compliance aspects are thoroughly considered and integrated into the project plan.
- Deliver projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Keep stakeholders updated on daily project progress, including statuses, updates, and potential risks.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing multi-faceted projects, including proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change management and the implementation of new products and services.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to project management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
