Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Temporary Assignment to International Companies
• Lead and propel finance transformation initiatives within our diverse portfolio of companies
• Oversee and streamline day-to-day accounting processes across various jurisdictions
• Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies, ensuring timely updates and conducting periodic analysis
• Contribute at all stages of private investment transactions: from initial sourcing to due diligence, structuring, execution, and divestments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in audit or relevant financial sectors
• Knowledge and exposure to M&A processes, private equity funds, and/or investments will be advantageous
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Highly motivated and organized, capable of working independently and thriving under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Demonstrates a proactive approach and collaborative spirit, excelling in team environments
