[What the role is][LTA-SGRA] DEPUTY MANAGER (RAILWAY RESEARCH AND CERTIFICATION)
[What you will be working on]
As part of LTA's dynamic team that develops and professionalises the local railway workforce, you will work closely with LTA Divisions and external partners on the certification of rail engineering professionals, as well as the proof of concept in introducing new technology for improving reliability, productivity, sustainability and safety of our railway systems.
This will include facilitating workshops, developing plans and processes for certification, and administering assessment of such certification programmes.In addition, you will be involved in identifying issues and problems, conceptualising the application of technologies, systems or innovative methods to address such issues, coordinating with partners to arrive at solutions and managing the delivery of projects with the aim to scale up for deployment.
