IT Application Support- Database Scripting
- Complex SQL Scripting
Responsibilities:
- System / Issue monitoring, tracking & resolution
- Perform query jobs
- Application testing & verification activities
- Manage Incidents system
- Perform project documentation, data statistics & reports
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Application Support experience
- Experienced in end user management
- Experienced in writing complex scripts using SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to provide night support 3 times in a month
