Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take Charge and Oversee Entire Kitchen Operation, including but not limited to:
- Staff Coordination (Duty Roster, Leave Records)
- Ensuring quality and timely Food Preparation (Korean Food)
- Cleanliness, Upkeeping and Maintenance of the Premise
- Raise Concerns and Feedback on Improvement to Management
- Ensuring Compliance to Food Safety Standards
Working Hours:
- 6 Days work week
- 5 to 7 years Chef Experience (Korean Cuisine)
- Able to work on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays
- Physically Fit
- WSQ Food Safety Level 1
