  • We are partnering with a Global firm within the built environment in search for a Senior Legal Advisor.
  • As a Legal Advisor, you will provide contractual and legal support to the Region with a primary focus on supporting the Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia businesses.
    Responsibilities
  • Providing an interface between the Regional Legal Team and the broader office community (regionally).
  • Participation in (including provision of) research and development of legal resources, guidance material and training for the Region.
  • Support commercial management of highrisk projects for negotiation of contract and ongoing contractual requirements (variations, programme changes and contract notices).
  • Assistance in claims management, in conjunction with the Regional Claims & Disputes lead lawyer.
  • Participation in Regional Legal Team activities and tasks.
  • Support for the bid team commercial and contractual negotiation.
  • Acts as a positive influence in the business to achieve sensible and commercial contract outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current legal practising certificate with 5+ years PQE within built environment
